These and other questions were answered by the chief researcher of the Central Aerohydrodynamic Institute (TsAGI), Doctor of Technical Sciences Gennady Amiryants, who wrote the book “Wise Men in the Balance”, dedicated to the dramatic fate of modern Armenia (and Artsakh as her most important historical part), the homeland of the heroes of this book — scientists, designers, military leaders, artists and cultural figures.
